“Hats off to Hiwar! I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn Arabic in a comfortable, simple, and effective way. It is especially beneficial for students who are looking for an easy yet practical way to learn the language. The lessons are explained so clearly, and the repetition of previous lessons in class makes it much easier to understand, remember, and build confidence in what we’ve learned.”

“My experience with Hiwar has been genuinely enjoyable and meaningful. I really appreciate the realistic pace of learning, the small class size, and the opportunity to learn directly from a native-speaking teacher, which makes the sessions feel natural and engaging. One of my favorite moments was realizing that I could recognize and understand some of the Arabic words we were learning when I came across them in the Quran. I would recommend Hiwar to anyone who wants to learn Arabic consistently, without feeling overwhelmed, and in a way that feels practical and connected to everyday life.”

Why You Still Feel Stuck

Have You Been Studying Arabic… But Still Cannot Hold a Simple Conversation?

Maybe you downloaded the apps, saved the YouTube videos, or bought a course and promised yourself, “This time, I’m going to stay consistent.”

Perhaps you even joined a live class—only to get buried in grammar rules, verb charts, and terminology before you felt comfortable saying a full sentence.

Yet when someone speaks Arabic to you, or you want to respond, you still freeze.

Arabic is not “too hard.” And you do not lack discipline.

You have been trying to solve a live-speaking problem with isolated lessons, recordings, apps, or a grammar-first path. Grammar matters, but it should help you communicate—not delay communication.

You need a clear path that gets you speaking early, corrects you live, and teaches you Arabic you can actually use.

A Different Way to Learn

The Old Way vs. The Hiwar Way

The Old Way

Learn alone.

Apps, recordings, and saved videos leave you responsible for everything.

Memorize rules before you speak.

Spend months on grammar charts before you can confidently have a basic conversation.

Hide in a big class.

Attend live sessions with 20+ people and barely get a chance to say a word.

Fall behind once—and feel like quitting.

Miss a few lessons, lose your place, and start believing you are “not good at Arabic.”

The Hiwar Way

Learn live, with real people.

Every main class is live with a native teacher who can hear you, correct you, and guide you.

Speak first. Learn grammar through use.

Build real sentences and confidence from the start, then learn the grammar that helps you express yourself better.

Learn Arabic the natural way.

A child begins by hearing the language, using it with real people, making mistakes, and hearing it again. We teach through live interaction, repeated exposure, and useful conversation—then use grammar to explain and strengthen what you are already learning to say.

Train in a four-student micro-pod.

No hiding. Every learner gets meaningful speaking time, attention, and correction.

Stay supported when life gets busy.

Your teacher, support team, and flexible protections help you stay on the path instead of disappearing when life happens.

You do not need more information about Arabic. You need an environment that makes speaking Arabic inevitable.

Musab Qazi, founder of Hiwar Institute
Meet the Founder of Hiwar Institute

Hi, I’m Musab Qazi.

I have studied Arabic for more than 15 years with both non-Arab and native Arab scholars, including at seminaries where every class was taught entirely in Arabic.

Arabic changed my life. It brought me closer to the Quran and opened doors to friendships, travel, business, and the Arab world. I also speak and teach Arabic with my children because I believe it is a language to live and pass on.

I created Hiwar because too many adults are left to learn through apps, recordings, and grammar-heavy classes—without enough opportunity to actually speak. Hiwar offers a different path: live teachers, meaningful speaking practice, small groups, and the support to keep progressing when life gets busy.

I believe you can learn Fusha Arabic, and I am rooting for you from your first class until Arabic becomes part of your life.

Your Progress Is Protected

You Should Never Lose Your Arabic Journey Because Life Happens.

Starting Arabic is a serious commitment. You are giving your time, focus, and hope to something that matters deeply to you—and we take that seriously.

That is why Hiwar Institute gives you two clear protections.

14-Day “Show Up and Speak” Guarantee

We believe in our live teaching, personal support, and small-group system. All we ask is that you meet us halfway.

Attend your first four live classes within the first 14 days. Complete the required work. Give the system a real chance.

If you do that and still do not feel this is the best Arabic instruction you have experienced, let us know within the 14-day window and we will give you a full refund.

“Life-Happens” Protection

Life can change without warning—a family emergency, a health issue, a new job, or a schedule that suddenly shifts. Your Arabic journey should not disappear because of that.

  • Before class starts: Move your start date to a later month for free.
  • Between modules: Finish your current 26-hour module, pause your progress, and return later without losing your place.
  • During a module: If a real emergency happens, use one emergency freeze. When you return, restart that module from day one so you can come back strong and not fall behind.

You are not just joining a class. You are choosing a path—and we are committed to helping you stay on it.

Hiwar teaches Fusha Arabic: the Arabic of the Quran, formal speech, education, media, and communication across the Arab world.

Yes. The main classes are live with native teachers. You speak, ask questions, and receive correction in real time.

Each micro-pod has four students, giving every learner meaningful speaking time and attention from the teacher.

No. Your live cohort is the main learning path, but it is part of a complete support system covering reading, speaking practice, pronunciation, accent, accountability, and getting back on track when life gets busy.

You receive live correction from your teacher. Makharij Labs help with how letters are formed through the throat, tongue, and lips, while Accent & Flow Labs develop rhythm, intonation, and natural connections between words.

Hiwar is built for busy adults. Choose a rhythm made for your life: weekday daytime or evening options for women, and weekday evening or weekend options for men. The goal is steady progress, not overload.

Class schedules vary by cohort and availability. We offer weekday, evening, and weekend options for men and women. During your Arabic Learning Plan session, we’ll review the current schedules and help you find the best fit for your time zone and availability.

Yes. Anyone can join from anywhere in the world if the live cohort times work in their time zone. We will help compare the schedules with your local time during your Arabic Learning Plan session.

No. Hiwar is cohort-based, so learners start with a small group on a fixed schedule. This helps the group stay connected and progress together.

Tell us during your Arabic Learning Plan session. We will review your availability and explain the current or upcoming cohort options that may fit best.

Life happens. Your teacher and support team will help you understand the best way to stay on track and return to the learning path.

Expect to practise between live classes. The goal is not hours of homework every day, but regular practice that helps what you learn become natural.

The first stage gives you a real live foundation: speaking practice, structure, and momentum. Fluency grows through continued live learning and repeated use over time.

You learn with certified native Arabic teachers in a small, live cohort environment.

Attend your first four live classes within the first 14 days, complete the required work, and give the system a real chance. If it still is not the right path, contact us within that window for a full refund.

If a real-life change or emergency affects your ability to continue, we work with you to protect your progress and help you return when you are ready.

Hiwar’s instruction is accredited by the Egypt Ministry of Higher Education and eligible for Al-Azhar University credit transfer.

Or You Can Start Building Arabic Now.

There will always be a reason to wait. Work is busy. Family needs you. Life is full.
